50 UN Plaza, San Francisco, CA
The renovation of 50 United Nations Plaza, was one of the first GSA historical restorations to achieve LEED Platinum Certification. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Membrane integrity testing was performed by IR Analyzers using Electronic Leak Detection.
This historical remodel project exceeds LEED Platinum Certification standards through its sustainable site, and overall energy reduction and water efficiency. The project includes seismic retrofit, building systems upgrades, roof replacement, window restoration, tenant improvements and historic-materials restoration.
Peter and his staff were extremely professional and knowledgeable which helped to convince the General Contractor that this was the most accurate leak detection test for a roof on the market. IR Analyzers conducted the testing in a prompt, thorough and accurate manner. It was a real pleasure to have worked with Peter and his staff and I highly recommend them when it comes to electronic vector mapping.
